Process of Service
This is when you, an attorney, or a business need to have court-related documents served to an individual, business, or registered agent for a corporation regarding some type of legal action being taken by one of the parties. This can be very difficult at times, especially if someone is hiding or skipping to avoid being served. In some cases, we will have to locate the person or agent for a corporation, in order to serve the documents to the correct party.
